Working with Andrea Meyer and her incredible stallion, Designated Designer (aka “Charming”), has been an absolute dream! Charming truly lives up to his name — his disposition is second to none, and it’s clear he passes that temperament on to his foals. I highly recommend working with Meyer Heritage Farm! Andrea has been a pleasure to work with over the past few years to get several of our mares in foal to Designated Designer. She is always wonderful to talk to in discussing your breeding plans and scheduling mares in! Our mares have had excellent care during their stay and we have had two wonderful foals now sired by Designated Designer!. They are correct, pretty movers with wonderful friendly confident dispositions! We look forward to continue to watch them develop and show in hand the next year then on to the Ranch events. While I can’t speak for foals, the trainability of Oscar is something every trainer wants in their barn. Quick learner and retains information to build on every ride. Not to mention the fact a gelding personality and I don’t worry about anyone getting him out and working with him. If you want a ranch/Reiner with color and a good mind, Oscar is your guy!
